Disclosure and Agreement for Electronic Funds Transfers

This Electronic Funds Transfers Agreement and Disclosure (this Agreement) is the legal document that sets down your rights and obligations in relation to the EFT services that CHARTER REAL ESTATE & DEVELOPMENT is providing to you. The terms “you,” “your,” and “yours” as used in this Agreement refer to anybody who registers on the CHARTER REAL ESTATE & DEVELOPMENT Online Platform (Platform) and makes use of it to take part in offerings (as well as any approved users). CHARTER REAL ESTATE & DEVELOPMENT is referred to as “we,” “us,” and “our” in this statement. You authorize us to share your identity, bank account information, and credit card information with North Capital Private Securities (NCPS), a broker-dealer registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc., and with North Capital Investment Technology (NCIT), for the purpose of processing your electronic funds transfers (EFTs). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information we share with these parties. You are aware that using the Platform will give you access to and management of your bank and credit card account information. You also give us, NCPS, and NCIT permission to handle EFTs through CHARTER REAL ESTATE & DEVELOPMENT in accordance with your instructions.

 

Your usage of CHARTER REAL ESTATE & DEVELOPMENT, which is based on your direction, will result in the provision of EFT services, and you agree that neither NCPS, NCIT, nor we will be responsible for any damage, expense, or cost resulting out of such use. NCPS and NCIT are third-party beneficiaries to this Agreement.

General Information

However, if an indication of interest is given, it may be withdrawn or revoked without obligation or commitment of any kind before being accepted following the qualification or effectiveness of the applicable offering document.
